As an example all of our Cigarette Lighter Adapters have an IC microprocessor built in. You won't find this in a $5 CLA! We may not always have the lowest price, but we do offer the best value for your money! We don't use a fulfillment center, all products are inventoried & shipped from our retail store!

Guarantee & Warranty:
All items have a 30 day return policy (with a 10% restocking fee) & a 1 year warranty (6 months on batteries / 3 months on swivel holsters) against failure due to manufacturer defects unless otherwise noted here or in the description. Some items are warrantied directly by the manufacturer. Any items returned for a refund must be in new and resalable condition, these must include any packaging and a copy of the invoice. Any items returned for a refund (within 30 days) are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee (depending on condition)! Any battery (even unopened) returned for refund is subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee! There are no refunds after 30 days (exchange only)! Any defective items will be promptly exchanged & must include any packaging and a copy of the invoice. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for any shipping cost to return products to us. We pay shipping to return replacement product to the customer. Please email support@gobler.com (anytime) or call 229-559-1780 (during normal business hours as posted above) for an RMA number before returning any item! Returns must be received within 10 days of RMA number issued!

Shipping & Handling:
We sell & ship to United States addresses only! You may chose First class mail shipping (usually 3-7 day) for orders around 1/2 pound or less for $3.99. We ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking (usually 2-3 day). We charge $6.49 for the first pound of merchandise. Add $2 per pound for each addition pound. Example: To ship 1 pound: $6.49. To ship 3 pounds: $6.49 + 2 + 2 = $10.49. Please see Weight Chart below. Large orders will be shipped UPS & you will be charged as listed below. Priority Mail is the best value for your money! You may request UPS shipping in the comments section & by EMAIL. You will be charged our exact shipping cost + $1 for packaging materials. Your invoice will be adjusted accordingly! Orders may be tracked online (you will be sent an email when your order ships).
