Guarantee & Warranty: All items have a 30 day return policy (with a 10% restocking fee) & a 1 year warranty (6 months on batteries / 3 months on swivel holsters) against failure due to manufacturer defects unless otherwise noted here or in the description. Some items are warrantied directly by the manufacturer. Any items returned for a refund must be in new and resalable condition, these must include any packaging and a copy of the invoice. Any items returned for a refund (within 30 days) are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee (depending on condition)! Any battery (even unopened) returned for refund is subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee! There are no refunds after 30 days (exchange only)! You may chose First class mail shipping (usually 3-7 day) for orders around 1/2 pound or less for $3.95. We ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking (usually 2-3 day).
